I have decided in my middle ages that I need to have fun shirts to show my character, especially since I'm working on my health and doing low-impact workouts at home and at the Y. I'm not going to be the person who goes to yoga in a sports bra and leggings, so this Mind Cloth shirt is the perfect juncture of showing a humorous side while trying to be healthy. I love that the humor is subtle with the tree design, and I can just look down at it if I need help seeing which poses to do.
Pilates is the only thing that keeps me agile enough to keep up with my toddler. I am 5 foot 3 at 175 lbs give or take, and I got an extra large. Extra large is kind of big, not going to lie, and I honestly could have sized down. But it is nice and comfortable, breathable, stretchy, and something you can move in. I love that the design is a Christmas tree with all the different poses.
This t-shirt from Mindcloth has a creative design with Pilates reformer poses for each of the different levels of the Christmas tree. From a distance it looks like a tree with a star on top, but up close you can see what it actually is. The 100% cotton material is really nice. I am about 5'3" and 115 lbs, and the extra small is definitely form-fitting on me. If you want a baggier fit you will definitely want to size up, but otherwise it is fairly true to size.
It's Santa doing reformer Pilates, and I love all the bling that Santa has on. I think this is so fun. The fabric is a nice quality, and it fits true to size. I'm wearing my usual size in this.

I am wearing this casually right now with lounge pants, ready to do some stretches and yoga in my basement. The design is not ironed on, it is transferred and really well put together. I am 5'9 and about 140 lbs, and the size medium fits really well, snug around the waist. It is so cute with the yoga poses and little Christmas tree for the festive season, and I love it.

Super cozy and soft. Easy to move in. It was fun to look through the yoga and Pilates poses on this shirt and think about which ones are my favorites and which are a little more challenging. I love that there is a Pilates ring at the top in the star, which was such a fun detail to find. A great shirt to be able to use in my practice.

You probably cannot tell from the picture, but I’ve lost 20+ pounds over the last 10 months and I’ve dropped from XL to L and my pant size from 16/18 to 14 and some clothes even are mediums and smalls. When I wore it today to teach my Pilates classes, everyone was clear what was coming their way! 😂 Color is great, printing is fab quality, and the fit is perfectly true to size. This is a Medium. Wash in cold and dry delicate so it doesn't get stretched out, and you will have a favorite tank to wear for a long time.
